Dr. Stone: Stone Wars Release Date Revealed!

The latest issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed the premiere date of Dr. Stone: Stone Wars, the second season to the anime based on the manga of the same name. The show will be premiered on January 14 of 2021 and will be aired on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto and TV Aichi.


The show will also be aired online by Crunchyroll from the same date as the national television premiere all over the world except the home continent, Asia. Funimation has also already announced the English dubbed version of the show.

The second season is also directed by Shinya Lino, who will be returning to the TMS Entertainment after delivering the successful first season. Yuichiro Kido and Yuko Iwasa will also be returning in their respective roles of scriptwriting and character designing. Yuki Kanesaka is once again composing music and background score for the second season of anime.
