Japan Habba 2022 Have A New Update!

The organizers of the popular Japanese cultural event ‘Japan Habba’ recently gave an update regarding its upcoming 2022 edition via its official social media handles. The update post said, “Due to the current world events, Japan Habba will happen in April 2022”. The official dates for the event are yet to be revealed. The post further added that they have lined up some special contests and events for the month of February.

The caption of the post read “We will be back very soon with the second online edition of Japan Habba! Keep your eyes peeled in the meanwhile for contests and events this very month”. As the caption says the current edition will be the second online edition for the Japan Habba. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic situation, the popular Japanese cultural event from Bangalore was switched to an online event in 2021. The first Japan Habba online edition was held in February 2021.



Japan Habba is a Japanese cultural event organized by The Japan Habba Trust, Japan Foundation, Consulate-General of Japan in Bengaluru, The Japanese Association Of Bangalore, Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bangalore, IJCCI, JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), and Indian Institute of Science. As per the Japan Habba Bangalore official page, Japan Habba is an “Indo-Japanese cultural, industrial and academic exchange in Bangalore. It is an Indo-Japanese Cultural Festival to portray the culture, arts, and crafts of both countries. We invite you to come and celebrate this occasion with us and enjoy this annual event”.
