The creators took the social media as a platform and confirmed that the speculations are true. And informed fans that the new season will be retaining most of its season 4 cast. We weren’t given any release date, however, with the COVID 19 situation, we are expecting season 5 release summer of 2021.
We heard that Tv studios in Japan are slowly resuming, so we anticipate some update about season 5 pretty soon. Also, Funimation gave a disclaimer that all the English dub voice actors are now recording their lines safely from home, so dubbing for the English version shouldn’t be a problem either.
